He was at BYU and his mom still went with him to all his appointments with the career counselor and helped him with all his class scheduling.

She was in the same profession that he wanted to go into but I still saw apron strings and an over involved mama.

I'm interested as to why Sariah is opposed to cell phones for middle schoolers. Being a LONG way from this issue myself it is one I haven't thought a lot about.Russ and Emhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06282748079500406110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7608574986922869165.post-3197295737086149832011-04-06T11:40:58.198-07:002011-04-06T11:40:58.198-07:00PLEASE PLEASE get her a flute!! I wish I was there to give her private lessons. :D And I highly suggest starting in 6th grade and not waiting until 7th or 8th grade.

I am excited (EXCITED) for the middle school years. Aiden is only in 3rd grade, so I have a while. But I LOVED teaching middle school and I love talking to middle schoolers and... I don't know. It's like the beginning of everything. Middle school is IT.

Stay away from the cell phone at all costs, though (my opinion, of course). Good luck with that. :)

Wish I lived there so we could talk in person.Sariahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13981572489799765566noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7608574986922869165.post-81632256710903311332011-04-06T11:34:38.490-07:002011-04-06T11:34:38.490-07:00Yikes! And, quite possibly, sobbing uncontrollably."

You'll do just fine, Mama!

Because of the move to Virginia, Andrew will be starting middle school, too. If you don't want Vicki to start quite yet, just move back to Utah. ;)Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11902110059235002538noreply@blogger.com
