Sunday Circus part 2

This Sunday was not nearly as out of control. But Chris and I almost exploded trying to hold in our laughter during the Sacrament hymn. Here we all were singing a nice solemn song about Jesus and His sacrifice for us, and then there's Ellie, joyfully (and loudly) singing her heart out: "Bringing home a baby bumbleBEEEEEEE!!! Come on, everyone! Baby bumbleBEEEEEEEE!!!" complete with actions, of course. Through the entire hymn.

Church with small children does the soul a world of good.

  1. LOL! She was really trying to get everyone else to sing along? I love her. :)
That reminds me of something Kate did in church a few weeks ago. She said, "Carrie! Carrie!" to get me to look at her. When I looked over, she was sitting horsey-style on Kim's foot (Kim had her leg's crossed.)As soon as she saw she had my attention, she started bouncing up and down and singing "Froooosty the snowMAN was a jolly happy soul..." It was hard not to laugh in the middle of sacrament meeting. Kids make things fun, don't they? :)

  2. I love that she wanted everyone to sing with her. We went to church in Bear Lake this weekend. It was SO nice not only to have 9:00 church with sacrament meeting first - but to have a ward with lots of kids so that Abbie isn't the only sound from the congregation!

  3. No I didn't know those people, I think it's weird too so I deleted their comments because I'm worried they are trying to send me a virus or something. Have you ever had anything like that happen to you?
